SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping and delivery policy

Our delivery team will check all orders to ensure quality before shipping them to the customer. Additionally, items will be carefully packaged before shipping, along with user manuals (depending on the product line).

2. Shipping policy

– The delivery time will be agreed upon during the order confirmation process. For completed orders that have been paid for, we will notify the customer. If the customer wishes to receive the orders sooner, our delivery team will expedite the process.
– For urgent orders, we will ensure fast delivery to meet the customer’s required date.
– In certain cases, delivery may be delayed due to objective conditions such as bad weather, unfavorable traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns during delivery, or issues in the shipment process.

3. Shipping time

– Inner city and nearby areas of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: Delivery within 1–2 days after the “Order Completed” notification.
– Provincial orders: Delivery within 2–7 days, depending on the location and the shipping package chosen by the customer.

4. Delivery policy

– If the shipping service is designated by us, we will be responsible for the products and any risks such as loss or damage during the delivery process.
– Customers are responsible for checking the product upon receipt. If the product is damaged, scratched, dented, or incorrect, please sign the confirmation of the condition with the delivery personnel and immediately inform our Customer Service department via Hotline: 1900 5380.
– Once the customer has signed to receive the product without making any notes or comments, we are not responsible for any requests for returns or exchanges due to damages, scratches, dents, incorrect items, etc., after that.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be agreed upon between us and the customer.

6. Responsibilities of logistics providers for shipping documents

– All orders are pre-packaged and shipped through our intermediary partners, such as Viettel Post, GHTK, GHN, Vietnam Post, and sealed by reflectivelearnings.com.
– The shipping unit is responsible for transporting the goods in “original condition”.
– The packaging for all orders will contain:
– Recipient Information: Including the recipient’s name, phone number, and address.
– Order Tracking Number
– To ensure the safety of the goods, reflectivelearnings.com will include a valid invoice or delivery note in the package (if any).
– Invoices or delivery notes are the basis for supporting claims processing, such as determining the market value of goods and ensuring lawful circulation.

Responsibilities of the shipping party
– Ensure complete and safe transportation of the goods to the designated location within the agreed timeframe.
– Deliver the goods to the rightful recipient.
– Bear the costs related to the transportation, unless otherwise agreed.
– Purchase liability insurance as required by law.
– Compensate for damages to the contracting party in the event of loss or damage to the goods, unless otherwise agreed or specified by law.

Rights of the shipping party
– Verify the authenticity of the goods, waybills, or equivalent transportation documents.
– Refuse to transport goods that do not match the agreed-upon type of goods in the contract.
– Request full payment for the transportation services on time.
– Refuse to transport prohibited, dangerous, or harmful goods if the shipping party does not comply with legal or safety requirements.

Responsibilities of the hiring party
– Pay the full shipping fees to the transporter as per the agreed-upon timeframe and method.
– Provide necessary information regarding the goods to ensure safe transportation.
– Supervise the goods during transit if agreed. If the goods are supervised by the hiring party and are lost or damaged, no compensation will be provided.

Rights of the hiring party
– Request that the shipping party deliver the goods to the agreed location and at the agreed time.
– Directly or through a third party receive the goods that were transported.

Compensation responsibilities
– The shipping party must compensate the hiring party if the goods are lost or damaged.
– The hiring party must compensate the shipping party and any third parties for damages caused by dangerous or hazardous goods if no proper packaging or safety measures were in place during transportation.
– In case of force majeure resulting in loss, damage or destruction of transported property during transportation, the shipping party shall not be liable for compensation for damages, unless otherwise agreed or otherwise provided by law.
In cases of force majeure that result in the loss, damage, or destruction of goods during transportation, the shipping party is not required to compensate for damages unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
