VNPAY Payment Gateway
The VNPAY Payment Gateway is a payment solution developed by Vietnam Payment Solution Joint Stock Company (VNPAY). Customers can use cards/bank accounts, the QR Pay/VNPAY-QR feature integrated into the Mobile Banking apps of banks, or linked e-wallets to pay for transactions and enter discount codes (any).

Payment via “VNPAY-QR Supporting Payment Apps

  1. Payment via “VNPAY-QR Supporting Payment Apps

Step 1: Choose your product or service and select “Pay Now” or “Order”.
On the payment page, please review your order, fill in the recipient’s information, select the VNPAY payment method, and click “Place Order”.

Step 2: The payment screen will switch to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Choose the “VNPAY-QR Supporting Payment Apps” option.

Step 3: The system will display a QR code along with the amount to be paid. Please review the amount. Use your banking app (from the listed banks), select “Scan Code”, and scan the QR code displayed on the website’s payment screen.

*Note: The QR code is valid for 15 minutes.
To ensure a successful payment, customers should familiarize themselves with the scanning process on their phone beforehand to avoid any issues due to the expiration of the QR code or the impact on your discount code.

Step 4: Review the information, enter a discount code (if any), and complete the payment.
After completing the payment, you will receive an order confirmation notification on the website.

 

Instructions for payment via QR Pay/VNPAY-QR feature

  1. Payment via “Domestic Cards and Bank Accounts”


Step 1: Choose your product or service and select “Pay Now” or “Order”.
On the payment page, please review your order, fill in the recipient’s information, select the VNPAY payment method, and click “Place Order”.

Step 2: The payment screen will switch to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Choose the “Domestic Cards and Bank Accounts” option and select the bank you wish to use from the list.

Step 3: Enter your card/account information as required and select “Continue”. An OTP will be sent to your registered phone number. Enter the OTP to complete the transaction.

*Note: The transaction will expire after 15 minutes.

Step 4: After completing the payment, you will receive an order confirmation notification on the website.

3. Payment via “International Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay)”
This method is similar to the payment method for “Domestic Cards and Bank Accounts”.

4. Payment via “VNPAY E-Wallet”
This method is similar to the payment method for “VNPAY-QR Supporting Payment Apps”
