He has achieved remarkable success within leading global companies in Vietnam and has gained diverse experience across various regions of the country. His time in Japan, coupled with his role in overseeing people strategies across multiple markets in Asia, has provided him with a deep understanding of the diverse aspects of career development in various work environments.

Throughout his career, Tuan has worked extensively with high-quality personality assessments, career orientation tools, and career development methodologies, which have not only helped him grow but also align with his own career goals.
